In order to Ride, Each participation in a Ride for Kids needs to raise a $35 minimum in contributions per motorcycle...
It is hoped that this money is not the motorcyclist's, but donated by those who know them...
Some folks bring the $35, some bring thousands of dollars in small checks made payable to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the US, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity... donated by friends, neighbors, family, employers....
Many employers offer matching funds for their employees' charitable efforts. Riders should check with theirs concerning details.
Each $300 raised gets the participant one chance on a drawing for a new Honda motorcycle donated by American Honda, (one per event, & you must be present to win.)
